At Home with Care, we take pride in the quality of our Ayurvedic Nabhi Oil and Hair Oil. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

✅ 1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.

  • Any request made beyond the 15-day return window.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, used bottles cannot be accepted for return or refund.

📝 3. Return Process

  1. Initiation: Contact us at support@homewithcare.in with your order details.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization along with instructions.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

💳 4. Refunds

  • Inspection & Approval: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not caused by us.

🔄 5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at homewithcareofficials@gmail.com.

❌ 6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

  • If the order has already been processed or dispatched, the standard return process will apply.

🌍 7. International Orders

At present, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for international orders.
